Introduction
In these terms of use (‘Shipping and Returns’) use of the terms:
- ‘Navman’, 'we', 'our' or 'us' refers to Mitac Australia Pty Ltd (a company incorporated in New Zealand)
- 'you' and 'your' refers to the user and/or viewer of any of the Websites. If the person accessing any of the Websites does so on behalf of, or for the purposes of, another person, including a business or organisation, then 'you' or 'your' also refers that other person, including any business organisation.
These terms of use apply to and govern your purchase from the websites located at the URL https://www.navman.co.nz
Postage & Packing Charges
Navman uses NZ Post to deliver shipments to our customers. All shipment charges are based upon weight and total order value. All NZ Post shipments are given a tracking number, so that we can ensure safe arrival of your order. Navman Australia ships to Australian Addresses only.

Deliveries can only be made Monday to Friday. All orders received after 10.00pm that day will be processed the following working day and packages shipped accordingly. Please be aware that no deliveries are made on public holidays or between Christmas and the New Year as our office is closed during this period.
Please note that a signature may be required for acceptance of the shipment. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, additional charges may be incurred to you for any additional deliveries If returned to us. Additional deliveries will be charged at 50% of your original delivery charge. Deliveries can be made to residential and commercial addresses as specified on your order subject to successful authorisation from FirstData our secure payment provider. Orders paid via PayPal can only be shipped to the primary address on your PayPal account.
All Prices are quoted in $NZD and include GST.
Order Availability
Navman Limited will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.
Returns Policy
Product keys and software purchased from us is only Refundable if the key has not been used

If you are returning a product because of an error on our part, a defect in the product for which we are liable or it is physically damaged due to the delivery, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the product to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. In other circumstances we will expect you to pay the costs of return.
Where we accept that a product is faulty or you are exercising your rights to cancel under staute or as set out in our Product Terms and Conditions we will reimburse the price of the product together with any delivery charges which we charged for the delivery of the product to you.
You are under a duty to retain possession of the product whilst it is awaiting return to Navman and to take reasonable care of them during this period.
Navman does not accept liability for packages sent to Navman which are damaged during transit. It is your responsibility to pack products adequately to prevent damage.

How to Return a Product
If you wish to return your product please contact the Navstore team by emailing pcnsupportaus@navman.com.au. You will be required to arrange for the return of goods you are advised to send your package by tracked delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
